introduction’, Professor
Keith Ray will draw on
recent research to offer a
reappraisal of his topic.
Several years of
excavations at Dorstone
Hill and at Arthur’s Stone
have brought new insights
into Neolithic Herefordshire
while the discovery of the
Herefordshire Hoard has led to a revaluation of the county in the Viking period.
